An Early Army/Police Officer's Cap Badge C.1941 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac attached to the 11th FlotillaShield and wreath in die stamped aluminum, the shield with red and white enamelled fields, framed by a silvered wreath composed of branches of laurel leaves and oak leaves with acorns, on black felt, with an aluminum backer, measuring 52. 5 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), crazing and chipping evident in the white enamels in a few locations, better than very fine.
